Residential Remodel & Additions in Memorial / Energy Corridor

$15,000–$250,000 per project

Memorial and the Energy Corridor's upscale homes call for remodels and additions built to a high standard. We take on kitchen, bath, and primary-suite remodels, room additions, and full-home remodels across the Memorial villages, run by the same crew and in-house MEP coordination that handle our commercial buildouts. Because the same team manages plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, the schedule stays tight and change orders are priced and approved before the work happens, with a named project manager and a clean City of Houston permit record from start to punch list.

What We Do

  • Kitchen, bath, and primary-suite remodels for Memorial and Energy Corridor homes
  • Room additions and full-home remodels managed under one contract
  • In-house MEP coordination, the same team that runs our commercial jobs
  • Change orders priced and approved in writing, and a clean City of Houston permit record

Common questions about Remodels & Additions in Memorial / Energy Corridor

Which city permits a remodel in Memorial?

It depends which one your house is in. Bunker Hill, Piney Point, Hedwig, Hunters Creek, Spring Valley, and Hilshire are separate incorporated cities with their own building officials and ordinances, and several are stricter than Houston on trees, drainage, and setbacks. Property outside the villages permits through the City of Houston.

Will tree and drainage rules limit our addition?

In several of the Memorial Villages, yes. Protected trees, impervious-cover limits, and drainage requirements directly affect where an addition can go and how large it can be. We check the governing ordinance before design goes far, because redesigning around a rule discovered at permit review is expensive and entirely avoidable.

Can we live in the house during a Memorial remodel?

Often, yes, for a contained kitchen, bath, or addition, and rarely for a whole-home remodel. We tell you clearly which one your project is. Where you can stay, we define the disruption window up front, the period when utilities, the roof, or the envelope are open, instead of letting it stretch.
